Our Mission
Our mission is to provide stellar construction management services to our clients through comprehensive planning, precise execution, and detailed communication while limiting unnecessary budget and schedule overruns.

Meet Our Founder & Owner, Renee Pegues
After years of successful participation in commercial real estate development areas, Renee decided to combine her business and construction experience to provide integrated project management solutions to support both developers and contractors. That's why she founded Reimagined Construction Management Services.
Delivering oversight for multiple projects in high-end residential, multi-residential, office, retail, and specialty, Renee has worked on all sides of the industry: representing owners, developers, as a subcontractor, and project manager for a general contractor.
She attributes her success to building strategic alliances, facing and overcoming challenges, and always being willing to learn more.
A firm believer in the power of being a woman in a historically male-dominated industry, her motto in business and life remains consistent: "We women can do and have anything we believe and work hard to obtain."
Before years of working in the construction industry, Renee's leadership skills were honed in business roles such as Asset Manager, Director of Real Estate Development, and Midwest Regional Director of Operations for one of the world's largest commercial real estate conglomerates. Renee obtained her Bachelor of Administration from Loyola University in Chicago.
Renee is a member of NOMA South Florida and has presented as a panelist AIA Miami – Women In Architecture (2019).
RCMS is a female and minority-owned firm.
